Privacy policy

Clean Energy Vehicle Recreation Association (“CEVRA,” “we”) operates cevra.org. We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Contact info@cevra.org.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, topic, message, optional newsletter opt-in.
Newsletter: email, optional name, and the page you signed up from (homepage, footer, contact).
Optional Google (or Facebook) sign-in: email and profile from that provider, stored in our Supabase Auth project so staff can publish. We do not use that login for shop orders.
Server logs typical of hosting (IP, user agent) on Vercel. Auth session cookies are set by Supabase.

Where it lives

Form and list data is stored in a CEVRA Supabase project. Transactional and newsletter email is sent with Resend. We do not sell this list. We do not share it with 4 Good Clean Fun’s database.

Why

To answer you, run surveys on PEV permitting, and send the occasional updates you asked for. Legal bases: your request (contact) and consent (newsletter).

Retention and rights

Email info@cevra.org to access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe. We keep contact submissions as correspondence. Newsletter rows stay until you unsubscribe or we delete the list.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location). Google Analytics sets cookies. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13.

We will date this page when the policy changes.
