If we cannot transition to clean energy vehicle recreation, there are those who would remove our ability to enjoy vehicles as a recreation activity! This post on the Sierra Club website doesn't cite sources for the statistics quoted so take them with a grain of salt. The point that there is much we can do to improve our "motorized amusements" still stands on it's own.
