Founder, Clean Energy Vehicle Recreation Association
Las Vegas, Nevada
Scott Bradford founded the Clean Energy Vehicle Recreation Association to treat PEV riding as recreation that should be sensibly permitted, not banned. Based in Las Vegas, he works the policy, charging, and access problems that keep people off e-bikes, EUCs, Segways, GoCars, and other clean recreation vehicles. He also built 4 Good Clean Fun as the marketplace that sends riders to verified zero-emission tours. He writes from that mix of first-hand riding, operator conversations, and the legislative fights CEVRA tracks.
